The management of R & R Industrial Services is committed to the safety and health of it’s work force. All employees are OSHA 10hr trained pre-employment and receive OSHA 30hr training within the first year. All employees are also scaffold competent persons trained and receive 40 hour hazwoper training.  R & R has an in house safety coordinator, who also is an OSHA outreach trainer. Our safety coordinator on staff is OSHA 500 trained, and committed full time to safety in the field.

 

R & R Industrial Services' goal is to have zero accidents with zero tolerance. Our commitment to safety is our number one objective.  Each employee receives an updated safety manual pre employment, and when changes are made to our safety program or by OSHA.    Construction safety is practiced by all employees from the management down. Management plays a vital role in safety for their employees, client’s employees and the public. A copy of our safety manual and EMR are available upon request.

*Any R & R employee that demonstrates a lack of training and/or violates any of our safety policies, or if there are any changes in our safety program, will be retrained. Depending on the severity of the safety violation, management has the right to terminate on the spot.
