All 3 Dots Media Mail users:
There has been an IP address change at the data center that could affect your e-mail account settings. I’ve been notified that the old IP will be accessible for a few days to assure no mail is lost. Due to the IP change, this will force a migration of the mail to the new server we notified you about last week. Please be sure to copy your mail down to the desktop.
NEW OUTLOOK SETTINGS if your mail isn't connecting:
Mail server: mail.3dotsmedia.com OR 72.9.152.62
Mail server login: (your e-mail address)
Password: (Your password if you've changed it via the webmail link above.)
An example of setting up your outlook accounts can be found here:
http://products.secureserver.net/email/email_outlook.htm
(Replace the server and username values with the ones provided in bold above.
Note in some cases clients have reported that the mail to the new IP is now working. Please test your Outlook by doing a send and receive AND checking to see if the server is set to mail.3dotsmedia.com. If yo have a large amount of mail in one of the webmail accounts below, you will need to set up a temporary additional Outlook account using the IP address of the webmail server along with the username and password to pull the mail from that server to your desktop.
If your send receive from Outlook fails please use the WebMail below to retrieve messages.
Old Web Mail:
http://116.240.200.12
New Web Mail:
http://webmail.3dotsmedia.com
The username is your e-mail address. I don't have a listing of all of your passwords for the old accounts since you can change them via the webmail. Please check the e-mail we sent out when setting up your mail account.
Once you login, you can change your password to whatever you’d like. If you change it and use Outlook, you'll need to update your account settings to reflect your new password.
